I've been buying vegan meat substitutes at the Asian markets; I have that with stir-fry and veggies, and there are no carbs involved. There's a "beef" that's lightly sauced and flavored, "chicken" drumsticks and I make an orange sauce for it, and a dark meat "chicken" that I flavor with tarragon or ginger/garlic/shallots.
